We collect basic personal information about you such as your name, company information, mailing address, email address or telephone number if you contact us to enquire about our services. We may also match the information you provide us with other publicly available data in order to enhance our understanding of you or the company you work for.

If you register interest in our services, the information you provide will be stored in a CRM and other secure products we use to provide our services, and only made available to persons that need access to it in order to provide our services to you.

If you have provided us with personal information as described in 'How we collect information', we will remove or anonymise your information if you notify us that you no longer wish to receive services from us. We may automatically anonymise this information at a given time period after you disengaged with us.
If you have supplied information for marketing purposes, for example when registering for a newsletter, it will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive these communications.
Personal information provided to us as part of a contractual process will be keep in line with a contract retention period, typically seven years from the end of the contract provision.
If you believe any of the information we hold about you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected, restricted or deleted, as long as it does not conflict with our contractual obligations for example retaining information provided as part of a contractual process.
If you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our investigation or response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
